Kleanconnect will exercise the best possible cleaning service and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of your house or office. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for additional cleaning services beyond our responsibility and initial quote.

In our cleaning services, we cannot guarantee against stains, surface damages. Payment for services is non-transferable and non-refundable, but at the same time, we offer a customer satisfaction guarantee by offering a second clean for free. Services expire two years from the date of purchase.

If you are not able to access your home at the time of your scheduled cleaning additional charge will be added to your total quote. We assumed that your quote is 100% accurate and if there is any changes to we will have the obligation to modify such quote.

If changes to your initial quote are required we will notify you before charging your credit card. Cancellations are only allowed 72 hours prior to the scheduled date. For any last-minute cancellation we will charge a 50% of the total as a convenience fee.
